Air Jordan 5 ‘Fresh Prince’
To celebrate Will Smith’s 50th birthday, Nike released this Air Jordan 5 Retro in honor of one of the actor’s most popular roles: The Fresh Prince. Inspired by the lace less AJ5 model that Smith was known to wear on the set of The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. The NRG ‘Fresh Prince’ seals up the eye stays entirely and dresses the high-top in a Grape Ice and New Emerald colorway. The design’s clearest tribute to the sitcom can be found on the insole where ‘Air Jordan’ branding appears in the same graffiti-style as the show’s title sequence.
